Wynnum Manly Leagues Club Ltd., Wynnum Manly Leagues Bowls Club and Wynnum Manly Workers Sports Club provide gaming, function and entertainment services to members and patrons. A requirement of these services is to gain personal information for Club Membership and to fulfil function and entertainment commitments.

The use, disclosure and retention of such personal information are subject to the principles:

3. We will only collect and retain information that is necessary for the clubs to meet or fulfil their activities and functions relating to membership applications and other   information collected as a result of accessing facilities and services provided by the clubs.

4. The personal information we collect is strictly confidential.

5. We will only use personal information in relation to Membership except where we have a duty at law to provide it for other purposes.

6. Members have the right to access their personal information. If any of that information is found to be incorrect, a member has the right to amend it.

7. Should a member wish to review their personal information held by Wynnum Manly Leagues Club Ltd., Wynnum Manly Leagues Bowls Club or the Wynnum Manly Workers Sports Club they need only forward their request to our Privacy Officer.
